Holly leads a team that focuses on strategic initiatives that build the market for energy management products and services, facilitating the realisation of an equitable, prosperous, net zero economy.

She supports industry, government and civil society engagement with the EEC’s strategic research, workforce development and business engagement activities.

Before joining the EEC, she worked internationally with organisations like the UN, CDP and Salix, supporting industry and government with achieving credible decarbonisation activities.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of International Relations from the University of Melbourne, and a Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE C1) from the Instituto Cervantes in Spain.

She is a Director of the Australian Institute of Energy and has a passion for developing the future energy workforce. In particular, she spearheaded the EEC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy, believing that attracting more women and diverse professionals to the sector is essential to delivering Australia’s energy transition.
