Anazia Farla

Ana has over 17 years’ experience in the energy industry, and she is the Project Delivery & Readiness Lead at Synergy where she promotes a customer centric approach in the delivery of projects contributing to the energy transition.
She is the Chair of the Energy in WA Conference 2024 and an active member of the Australian Institute of Energy. She also contributed to the SheCode program as a Mentor.
Being an advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Ana firmly believes that an inclusive community leads to a more productive and successful one where everyone is encouraged to contribute freely and have a sense of oneness. Her mission is to make small changes within the industry which will have a ripple effect on the broader community.
