Kieran Rayney

Kieran Rayney is Assistant Director, Electricity Network Regulation at Energy Policy WA (DMIRS), where he is leading the implementation of the State Government’s Energy Governance and Legislation Reforms and advising on network regulation matters.

In his five years at Energy Policy WA, Kieran has developed experience in integrating distributed energy resources, including as lead on the introduction of Emergency Solar Management and contributing author of the DER Roadmap.

Kieran has previously held roles at the Western Australian Department of Treasury and the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, where he has advised on a range of economic, financial management and infrastructure issues.
