Collgar Renewables develops, owns, and operates renewable energy assets to contribute to the supply of clean energy to Western Australia.

Collgar Renewables operates WA’s largest wind farm located 25km south-east of Merredin. Collgar Wind Farm is a $750m renewable energy project and produced its first energy on 14 May 2011. The wind farm is built over a land envelope of 18,000 hectares and comprises 111 wind turbines with a total power production capacity of 222MW.

Both Collgar Renewables and Collgar Wind Farm are wholly owned by the Retail Employees Superannuation Trust (Rest). Rest is one of the largest profit-to-member superannuation funds in Australia by membership, with around 1.9 million members and around $70 billion in funds under management (as at 31 December 2022). Rest was established in 1988 and is open to all Australians. For more information please visit: www.collgar.com.au.
