Chris is a member of the Western Australian Expert Consumer Panel and Market Advisory Panel, where he advocates for consumers on a range of network regulatory, retail market and energy transition issues.

Chris has fifteen years energy policy experience in Australia and the United Kingdom, and prior to joining the ECP and MAC, was Director of Advocacy and Communications for Energy Consumers Australia and roles with the Energy Security Board.

Chris has a Bachelor of Economics (Hons)/Laws from the Australian National University and a Diploma in Government.
